Energy Session Aftercare

These energy sessions can be a bit intense and much more so than one might expect. It is best to not have anything planned for the rest of the day on days you schedule a session. If possible, even having the next day clear and free from responsibilities can be ideal and very supportive of your healing process. It might not seem like much is happening, but cleansing and clearing debris from your energy body can seriously alter your experience of being in the world and can be a bit jarring - which is ultimately a great thing, but it can take a day or two to adjust.
You might experience fatigue, exhaustion, euphoria, lightness and ease in the body, strange dreams, hunger, thirst, intense emotions, and even flu-like symptoms if the detox process is heavy. Drinking lots of water, eating warm and nourishing foods, getting plenty of rest, taking it easy, journaling, epsom salt baths, being out in nature, meditation, spending quiet time alone - all of these can help support your healing and aligning process and help you get the most out of your session.
